I’m Robyn, an Award Winning Essex Photographer and the person behind White Robin Photography.
The story behind White Robin Photography
I studied Media at University and went on to travel after graduating. My passion for photography first began in 2013 when I went to volunteer at an animal sanctuary in South Africa. Inspired by the incredible wildlife and surroundings, I bought my first professional camera. I just couldn’t let those memories get away from me and had to capture it all. From then on, I was hooked. Every memory I documented through my photography was so precious to me. I strived to improve with every shot, wanting to create beautiful art through my images to look back on forever.
I continued with my passion for photography when I worked for a couple of years as cabin crew for a major airline. I got to photograph the most beautiful places, all around the world. They often say cabin crew make some of the best photographers. We were always snapping each other and our surroundings.
Having worked in the hospitality industry for a long time, one of my other passions has always been people, in particular, families. I am a real people person and I’ve always loved helping to be part of creating memories for people through my work. It was when my baby nephew was born that I was inspired to combine my passion for helping families make memories with photography and start my business as a photographer (specialising in family, newborn, sitter baby and cake smash sessions). With a less is more approach, I capture your baby exactly as they are now, creating beautiful, honest and timeless memories for you to look back on forever. I am there through every stage, ensuring you feel comfortable and relaxed as you enjoy your experience, creating memories to cherish always.
The Studio
Situated in Colchester, Essex, with close connections to Witham, Maldon, Colchester, Chelmsford, and Billericay. My spacious studio is located in the stunning business park positioned on East Gores Farm. As you approach the studio, you are greeted by the beautiful scenery. The studio environment is relaxed and comfortable.
Feel at home as I welcome you and your family to my clean and cosy space. I pride myself on providing a calm environment for you and your family and a place where you can sit back and enjoy seeing your little ones in the spotlight. I have a comfy space for you to do feeds and patience and understanding throughout. I want you to have the best time and leave full of memories and excitement to see what we have captured!
